Hep C Care Built for Walk-Ins in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh's HepCMyWay Center of Excellence

Center of Excellence Pittsburgh, at 925 Brighton Rd, is one of only two HepCMyWay clinics dedicated to Hep C care. It's built to make care easy to reach. You can walk in during open hours with no appointment and no judgment.

Hep C is common in Pennsylvania. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) lists Pennsylvania among nine states that together account for just over half of U.S. adults living with Hep C. This clinic is where that path toward being hep C free can begin, with support from Central Outreach Wellness Center. If you'd rather start at home, see our at-home Hep C treatment in Pittsburgh.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment at the Pittsburgh Center of Excellence?

No. Center of Excellence Pittsburgh welcomes walk-ins at 925 Brighton Rd on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and on Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We're closed on Wednesdays. If you'd like to check before you come, call 412-282-8865.

Can I get Hep C treatment on the same day I'm tested?

Our Center of Excellence is built for same-day care, so you can start your care plan in one visit. A rapid finger-prick test gives a first result. A positive result needs a follow-up blood test to confirm an active infection.

Do I need insurance for Hep C care in Pittsburgh?

No. HepCMyWay accepts all major insurance plans, and you can still get care without insurance. Central Outreach Wellness Center offers free rapid Hep C testing at our Pittsburgh and Columbus Centers of Excellence. We also work to keep treatment at little to no out-of-pocket cost. See our insurance page or our Pennsylvania Medicaid enrollment guide.

Where can I find Hep C treatment near me in Pittsburgh?

Scheduling is easy, and you don't need an appointment. Walk in at 925 Brighton Rd during open hours, or get started online or call 412-282-8865 first. We look forward to seeing you!
